Newly married Mandy Moore visited The Ellen Degeneres Show today. She discusses riding a lawnmower for the show, what it’s like to be married, how she was discovered, and her hubby Ryan’s nickname for her.

Mandy Moore is opening up about her recent surprise engagement to indie rocker Ryan Adams.
I’m actually very happy and very excited and sort of perplexed at even the little bit of fuss it’s garnered,” the singer, 24, said Friday on 104.3MYfm’s Valentine in the Morning in L.A.
Is she serious? Last we had heard she had reignited her relationship with ex-boyfriend D.J. A.M. after his airplane accident. We never even knew she got back together with Ryan Adams! Furthermore she states that she might ask D.J. A.M. to play at her wedding!
“I could ask my friend Adam [Goldstein]. That could work too. [There are] many options. I haven’t even gone down that path yet.”
She’s only just become engaged and confesses she has not begun to think about her dress. Since getting married on so many films she feels she has gotten a lot of the wedding fuss out of her system.
“Hopefully, it can happen and slip by unnoticed by everybody,” she added. “I guess we have to be sort of sneaky about it, but I’ll see what I can accomplish.”
No wedding date has been set yet.
I’m really surprised to hear this news!! Singer/Actress Mandy Moore is engaged to her on again/off again singer boyfriend Ryan Adams! I barely remember her reconnecting with ex-beau D.J. A.M. after his accident but then they broke up, and all of a sudden she is engaged!?
The duo who have dated since March 2008 have not given up any details as of yet.
