Robin Thicke & Mary J Blige drive the crowds crazy in Miami

I am still recovering from last nights fantastic Jazz at the Gardens event held at Sun Life Stadium. Mind you, in a couple of hours I am getting dressed and braving the traffic again to enjoy the sounds of new artist Melanie Fiona, saxophonist David Sanborn, Philadelphia R&B group Boys II Men, and the evenings most anticipated artist John Legend.

Other performers at yesterdays event included John Saxx, K’Jon, Joe Sample, and Grammy Award nominated Teena Marie.

One of the highlights of last nights show was the Universoul Circus. It was a fantastic combination of magic, music, and hilarity. And imagine, we only got a small preview of their show. If you are in South Florida, they will be performing at SunLife Stadium next week. I urge you to bring your whole family out for a fun night under the big top.

Robin Thicke, John Legend, & Mary J Blige are headed for South Florida

If you are in South Florida this weekend, you don’t want to miss this fantastic event.

Mary J. Blige, John Legend, Robin Thicke, Teena Marie, Boyz II Men, David Sanborn, Joe Sample and Cassandra Wilson will headline the City of Miami Gardens’ 5th Annual “Jazz in the Gardens” Hosted by Tom Joyner. Joining the headliners on stage are emerging new artists, Melanie Fiona and K’Jon.

In just five years “Jazz in the Gardens” has become one of the hottest events and most anticipated music festivals in the United States.

Robin, who celebrated his birthday stars like Jay Z and Beyonce, will be headlining with Mary J. Blige on Saturday night and Boys II Men will perform before John Legend on Sunday night at Sun Life Stadium. (Dolphin Stadium)
