I was not amused by these stories of Evan Rachel Wood messing around with her co-star Mickey Rourke.  They just seem too odd together.  What the hell do I know?  She did date Marilyn Manson.  Evan spoke exclusively to Rolling Stone Magazine about the alleged affair.

“I’m upset because I feel disrespected by the press and by Mr. Rourke, Just because I’m single doesn’t mean that you can take advantage of me. It’s unfair that the performances might suffer because of all of these distractions.”

She continued by saying this regarding her alleged affair with Mr. Rourke, “I’m not attracted to him, he’s too old for me. Nothing ever happened and nothing ever will.”

While I do like Evan, why is she blaming Rourke for the rumors?  I have not heard him say anything about her.  His rep spoke to US Weekly Magazine to set the record straight.

“There is absolutely no truth in these rumors,” his rep told Usmagazine.com Thursday. “Mickey and Evan became great friends during filming and remain friends, nothing more.”

After he reads her quote I doubt they will be any kind of friends at all!
