While leaving us Miami girls breathless by his arrival, he picks us and leaves us just as I started to drive down to Homestead! As we reported yesterday, the actor was in Miami to practice his racing car skills at the Homestead Miami Freeway.
Late last night, he was already back at Los Angeles International Airport. Next time Patrick, don’t make it such a quickie!

Patrick Dempsey is in South Florida!

Why wasn’t I alerted to the fact that Patrick Dempsey, whom I have been in love with since his movie, Can’t Buy Me Love, would be in South Florida today? The McDreamy actor was seen at the Homestead Miami Freeway where he is practicing for the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series. He will be driving the Dempsey Racing Mazda RX-8. (seen in the gallery)
The actor loves racing because of how it makes him feel.
“It’s exciting and I really enjoy it,” he said. “It really calms me down and it’s a great escape.”
But is it enough to make him quit Grey’s Anatomy?
“I’m not leaving the show anytime soon,” Dempsey said.
