Newly married Rachel Weisz looks red hot in New York City

It looks like the glow of love is emanating from newly married Rachel Weisz! Mrs. Daniel Craig stepped out in a sexy red dress after shooting a special appearance on “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” in New York City, New York on Wednesday, July 27th, 2011.

The English beauty was spotted making the media rounds today in support of her new film, The Whistleblower. Inspired by true events, Rachel Weisz stars as Kathy, an American police officer who takes a job working as a peacekeeper in post-war Bosnia. Her expectations of helping to rebuild a devastated country are dashed when she uncovers a dangerous reality of corruption, cover-up and intrigue amid a world of private contractors and multinational diplomatic doubletalk.

You can catch this thriller when it hits theaters on August 5th.

Have Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig tied the knot?

After a secret love affair that has been going on for quite some time, it seems like Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig have quietly gotten married in New York City according to News of the World and The Daily Mail. The couple have been friends for years but apparently became close while shooting the dramatic thriller Dream House in Canada where they play husband and wife.

They are rumored to have fallen for each other while both were in long term relationship. Rachel had been with director Darren Aronovsky for nine years while the James Bond actor was involved with Satsuki Mitchell for around five years.

The Daily Mail claims the wedding took place last Wednesday with only four people present.

The guests were said to be Daniel’s 18-year-old daughter Ella and Rachel’s son Henry, four, plus two family friends who acted as witnesses.

Neither has given a confirmation as of yet but if it turns out to be true, we offer our congratulations!

**UPDATE: A rep for Rachel Weisz has confirmed that the wedding did indeed take place and the couple are now man and wife!!**

On the heels of the announcement that she was splitting from her longtime partner Darren Aronofsky, Rachel Weisz has returned to work on her new film. The Deep Blue Sea is based on the 1952 play by Terence Rattigan and is about Hester Collyer, the wife of a British Judge (played by Simon Russell Beale) who is caught in a self-destructive love affair with an Royal Air Force pilot.

High fashion takes over New York!

As I was trying to sort through all the pictures coming from the Costume Institute Gala Benefit, I soon realized it might be better to make one huge post featuring the hot, the bad, and the downright FUG!

Jude Law is a blond babe at The Laurence Olivier Awards

I don’t I ever realized how light Jude Law’s hair really is! I wonder if he dyes it on occasion because sometimes it looks more brown.

The Repo Men star walked the red carpet at The Laurence Olivier Awards held at The Grosvenor House Hotel on March 21, 2010 in London, England. He was nominated in the category for best actor for his work in Hamlet.

Sadly he lost out to Mark Rylance for his work on Jerusalem.

Also in attendance were Keira Knightley, Kim Cattrall, Rowan Atkinson, Rupert Friend, Gillian Anderson, Phylicia Rashad, and Imelda Staunton. The gorgeous Rachel Weisz took home the Best Actress award for her role A Streetcar named Desire.
