Jerry O’Connell and his berry cute twins!

Proud papa Jerry O’Connell took advantage of the warm weather to take his twin daughters to the Farmer’s Market in Calabasas, California on Saturday, April 3rd. One year old Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip enjoyed the ride in their double stroller as daddy fed them fresh strawberries.

Does anyone else remember Jerry from his days on the show, My Secret Identity and Sliders? I might be dating myself here but I had the biggest crush on him and was convinced [Read more...]

On the Scene: David Tennant & Jerry O’Connell

Here are the first pictures of David Tennant and Jerry O’Connell as they film scenes of the new NBC comedy Rex is Not Your Lawyer on a golf course in Los Angeles today. Just by looking at these shots I’m getting super excited about this show. But is there anything that Tennant can touch that won’t turn to gold?

O’Connell joined the show as a replacement for Heroesstar Sendhil Ramamurthy who had to give up his part due to scheduling conflicts. These “conflicts” have lead everyone to believe Heroes may actually get another season! I will keep my fingers crossed!

The UK’s favorite star of Doctor Whowill play the role of Rex Alexander, a top Chicago litigator who begins suffering panic attacks and takes up coaching clients to represent themselves in court. O’Connell will play Rex’s friend and colleague.

David Tennant is coming to America!

Scottish actor David Tennant is making his way into American homes very soon. The actor who is best known for his role as Dr. Who in the famous British sci-fi television show of the same name has won the lead role in the hour long NBC lawyer comedy entitled, Rex Is Not Your Lawyer.

Written by Andrew Leeds and David Lampson, “Rex” centers on Rex Alexander (Tennant), a top Chicago litigator who begins suffering panic attacks and takes up coaching clients to represent themselves in court.

David Semel, who directed the pilots for “Heroes” and “Life,” has come on board to helm the comedic legal drama from Universal Media Studios and BermanBraun.

Sounds like Monk meets Ally Mcbeal!!

After 5 years on Dr. Who, Tennant will step down this year and the role will be taken over by Matt Smith.

I’m very excited to see how this show will turn out with such a brilliant actor on board!
