International Poster for Robin Hood released this week.
Ridley Scott’s highly anticipated film, Robin Hood is set to open at the 63rd Cannes Film Festival. The Brian Grazer produced film starring Russell Crowe as the titular character and Cate Blanchett as Maid Marian will be shown on opening night, May 12th, two whole days before its worldwide release.

Twentieth Century Fox has assembled a creative team to transform 1980s TV series “The A-Team” into a summer 2010 film.
Studio has set Joe Carnahan to direct and Ridley Scott to produce, with Tony Scott exec producing through their Scott Free banner.
Also producing are Jules Daly and Stephen J. Cannell, the latter of whom created the original TV series.

I can’t tell you how awesome it would be to see this happen, and if Ridley Scott’s on board, it’s a GO (with an explosion, gun-fire, a brand new hot-ass car getting demolished, punctuated by some bad-ass fight sequence)! I had to look up director Joe Carnahan, and the minute I saw Smokin Aces on his resume, I was trying to buy my tickets online. It’s target release date is Summer 2010, so the anticipation will be HUGE, and well worth it. Now, who should play the A-TEAM???
