New photos from The Avengers feature Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans!

Just when I thought things couldn’t get any better after seeing photos of Alexander Skarsgard earlier today, we get these brand spankin’ new images of The Avengers featuring Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans! The duo were looking up at the camera with the most adorable-yet-confused looks on their pretty faces.

If only Hemsworth knew what I was thinking every time I saw him and his hammer! O_o

Another new image released by Disney features director Joss Whedon and Scarlett Johansson having a chat on the set. ScarJo seems deep into thought, I wonder what Mr. Whedon is saying to her?

Anyone else excited about The Avengers release on May 4th, 2012??

This doesn’t surprise me, Spider-man and Iron Man is a sure thing. Plus this gets all the familiar heroes starting the momentum for the others that haven’t been introduced in a movie format as of yet. It looks like 2011 will be the Year of the Heroes.
