Former contestant on The Bachelor Melissa Rycroft wasted to time in finding a new boyfriend. She is currently dating Ty Strickland whom she knew for 2 years prior to her time on the reality show. Ty is definitely an upgrade from that crying wimp Jason Mesnick. They were spotted yesterday in Los Angeles running errands after breakfast.

The true winner of The Bachelor, Melissa Rycroft will be joining the Dancing with the Stars confirms Access Hollywood. The 25-year-old former Dallas Cowboy cheerleader is going to be taking over for the Nancy O’Dell who injured her knee during practice for the show. Melissa will team up with dance pro Tony Dovolani.
Singer Jewel has also had to leave the show due to injury and will be replaced by Girls Next Door star Holly Madison.
Dancing with the Stars premieres tomorrow night on ABC.

ABC has crowned their latest victim of reality tv drama. Jillian Harris who finished 3rd during this season of The Bachelor is going to be the next Bachelorette.
Ugh, after all this drama that went down during this season of The Bachelor, I can almost guarantee I won’t be watching the Bachelorette. What will the twist be next time?
The 22-year-old Interior Designer was announced as the new Bachelorette last night during the “After the Final Rose: Part 2″ which I did not watch. If I have to see Jason Mesnick and all his fakeness one more time I think I will claw his eyes out.
Jillian is very happy about her spin-off and feels very lucky to have been chosen.
“I’ve been a huge fan of the show since day one, and I’ve always looked at The Bachelorette as, ‘Oh my god, they’re so lucky, how did they get there?’ And now I’m sitting here—it’s very surreal.”
According to Reality Steve, who was so right about everything, Melissa was offered the part for the new show but turned it down. Of course I believe everything he says because he was right about everything!
Something tells me however that she is done with this whole process and would just like to move on. Of course she doesn’t want to be the next Bachelorette. Would you after what just happened to you? Melissa was the perfect candidate. She has America behind her, she’s likable, she’s cute, and she already has a built in audience. There’s a reason Jillian is our next Bachelorette. It’s because Melissa doesn’t want any part of this mockery any more. And can you blame her?
Jillian as the new Bachelorette will kick off with a two-hour premiere special on May 18. The show airs immediately after the final performance show of Dancing With the Stars.

I must admit, the reason I started watching the Bachelor this season was because Jason seemed like this really nice guy who didn’t deserve to get dumped by DeAnna Pappas on the last season of the Bachelorette. We all see this seemingly nice guy, single father, seems solid. But after the trainwreck I witnessed tonight I am sure I will never be duped by these reality shows again!
I realize that a lot of this stuff must be scripted. I really don’t know how much of this Melissa was aware of. But I know that ABC viewers were not happy with the result. I thought twitter was gonna blow up tonight! I didn’t see one comment in Jason’s favor.
Was all that fake crying really necessary? What a joke. And hey, if it doesn’t work out for him, maybe DeAnna will give him another chance?
Reality Steve was right on 100%. Now I wish I hadn’t wasted an hour of my life on this garbage.

Ok guys, we are one day away from finding out the truth about Jason Mesnick and all the controversy floating around the internet about who he ends up with on The Bachelor. From the way he is speaking in this clip it sounds like he is setting it up to choose Melissa but still leaving some space there for when he switches back over to Molly.
I think the surprised look he gives when he sees his former love DeAnna Pappas is pretty fake.
The Bachelor star Jason Mesnick visits the ladies from The View today. He is currently promoting the most highly anticipated season finale that is due to air on Monday. There is so much controversy going on that if Monday doesn’t get here fast enough I am going to explode!
