A clean cut Jared Leto made his arrival into Venice for the 2009 Venice Film Festival yesterday.  The musician/actor/stud is set to premiere a “wet-print final cut” screening tomorrow with the official world premiere being held at TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival) on September 18.

Leto plays the lead role of Nemo Nobody, a 35-year-old who leads an extraordinary life with his wife and 3 children until he wakes up one day as an old man in the year 2092. Not only is he the oldest man in the entire world, at 120, he’s also the only mortal man – nobody else is ever going to die. He tries to work out what is real, and if his real life is the one he should have lived.

The film co-stars Diane Kruger, Rhys Ifans, and Sarah Polley.

A hunky Matt Damon was spotted departing from the Excelsior Hotel to premiere his new film The Informant at the Venice International Film Festival earlier today.

For his role as corporate whistleblower in this Steven Soderbergh dark comedy, Damon had to gain 30 pounds!

“It was probably the funniest time I ever had working because I didn’t have to think ‘I have to go to the gym after work’, and I just basically ate everything that I could see,” Damon told reporters

You can watch The Informant! when it hits U.S. theaters September 18th.
